baskets and boxes

i would like to have a basket in every room, as they make a perfect nest to hold the baby when you have a bit of busy work to do.

like when you have to move laundry from the washing machine into the dryer.



or when you have to brush your teeth.



a cat needs a nest too. even if it is a bit of a tight squeeze.





we've been spending a lot of time in our nest, with all this snow, and rumors of a whole lot more to come!
