resolution

thanks folks for the empathy offered after the last post. one of the great gifts of childhood is the ability to live in the moment. it didn't take tashi or her friend long to put the blog invasion behind them. i of course took down the mean words. and i also exchanged a few emails with the culprit. he was a reasonable person, and illustrated his side of things: he has so many people linking to his photos that, if had to pay for server space, he'd be paying thousands per month. the operative word here is, "if." i asked him to at least change his message, as innocent undeserving children don't need to be called names. he agreed to do so.

i'm ready to put that incident behind us.
