one of my very favorite things to do when visiting dan's family in wisconsin is spending some time at the cottage on spring lake.
dan's in-laws are incredibly generous to open up this cottage to friends and extended family.
the combination of rustic charm, lake-play, delicious group-effort feasts, serene sunset cruises, music, conversation, games, and screened in porch protection make for a very happy stay.
